Amber Cabral is an award winning Inclusion Strategist, certified coach, speaker and author of two books, Allies and Advocates, (Wiley, 2020) and Say More About That (Wiley, 2022).

Formerly a Diversity Strategist at Walmart Stores, Inc., she founded Cabral Co, an equity and inclusive leadership focused consulting firm, to help organizations ignite behavior shifts that create inclusive workplace cultures.

Passionate about developing the next generation of decision-makers, Amber also supports a myriad of non-profit organizations committed to promoting equitable diverse representation. She is the chair of Brown Girls Do, an organization that empowers women and girls in the arts across the globe.

Amber teaches and speaks on a variety of inclusion, culture and social justice topics. Through her work, she has been featured on television and in both print and digital media. In her free time, she hosts a podcast called You Can Have Whatever You Want® and writes articles focused on inclusion, culture, equity and working-class life.

    Amber is the author of two best-selling books.  In her first book Allies and Advocates, Creating an Inclusive and Equitable Culture, (Wiley, 2020) Amber gives us a simple and practical approach to allyship that moves beyond buzzy hashtags to actionable tactics that make an impact. Say More About That… And Other Ways to Speak Up, Pushback, and Advocate for Yourself and Others, (Wiley, 2022), her second book teaches us how to communicate as an ally so you can make an impact and still keep your reputation and career in tact.

From inclusion tactics to raising a voice for the underrepresented; Amber steps beyond inviting guests to peek outside their own world; she practically puts them in her pumps with her bold and cleverly constructed articles focused on culture, equity and working-class life.
